Who This Is For

Your roof is costing you nothing. Your electric bill is costing you everything.

Warehouses, retail stores, churches, auto dealerships, ranches, apartment complexes. Different businesses, same two things: thousands of square feet of unused roof and an electricity bill that keeps climbing.

Solar turns one into the fix for the other.

Common Questions

Commercial Solar FAQ

How large does my roof need to be for commercial solar? +
A typical commercial system needs 1,000 to 10,000+ square feet of usable roof space depending on your energy needs. We assess your roof during the site visit and design the system to fit your available area. If roof space is limited, ground mount is an option on properties with available land.
Will solar installation disrupt my business operations? +
Minimal disruption. Most rooftop work happens above your operations. We schedule electrical tie-ins for off-hours or weekends when possible. Ground mount installations happen entirely outside your building.
What happens to excess power my system produces? +
OG&E and PSO both offer net metering for commercial customers. Excess energy is credited at a blended rate (energy, fuel and purchased power charges). Credits offset future bills. We size your system to match your consumption so you get maximum value from every kilowatt produced.
How long does a commercial solar project take? +
Every project is different. Timeline depends on system size, site conditions, permitting requirements and utility coordination. We give you a realistic schedule during the proposal phase so there are no surprises.
Do you handle permits and utility coordination? +
Yes. We handle everything: building permits, electrical permits, structural engineering, utility interconnection applications and final inspection scheduling. You sign the contract and we manage the rest.
