What happens if my roof leaks after installation?

Do warranties transfer when I sell my home?

Our 10-year workmanship guarantee, the 10-year roof leak protection, and all manufacturer warranties (25-year panel production, 10-15 year battery, 25-year microinverter) follow the house, not the owner. No paperwork needed. This is one reason solar adds 4-6% to home value. Buyers get a system that's still under full warranty.
What does a warranty claim actually look like?

You call (405) 400-2836. No automated system, no ticket queue. A real person answers. If it's a workmanship issue (something we installed), we schedule a service visit within 48 hours. If it's a manufacturer issue (panel degradation, inverter failure, battery fault), we file the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf, coordinate the replacement part, and install it. You don't deal with the manufacturer at all.
