We look for solar installers, electrical apprentices, crew leads, energy advisors, and operations teammates who can communicate clearly with Oklahoma homeowners and take pride in clean, code-ready work.
The mission is practical clean energy, not hype. We help homeowners understand energy bills, long-term savings, system size, battery backup options, and the real work it takes to build reliable energy solutions in Oklahoma weather.
A typical week can include rooftop layout, conduit planning, service-panel work, battery setup, customer walkthroughs, and coordination with local utilities such as OG&E, OEC, and PSO. We train around the details that make Oklahoma projects succeed: wind exposure, roof age, attic access, grounding, permitting, inspection readiness, and clean jobsite communication.
We are a fit for people who want accountability, not a call-center script. Sales teammates are expected to explain solar panel cost honestly. Field teammates are expected to build systems that pass inspection and can be serviced later. Operations teammates keep customers informed from signed proposal through permission to operate.
The work is detailed and local. One day may be a straightforward residential panel installation in Norman or Oklahoma City; another may involve battery backup, a service-panel upgrade, a roof detach-and-reset, or a rural home where the utility connection shapes the design. We want teammates who can slow down, ask the right questions, and leave the homeowner confident in what was built.

We're hiring across sales, installation, and operations. All positions are Oklahoma-based.
Applicants do not need to know every product on day one. The strongest candidates are dependable, coachable, and comfortable talking through practical home energy questions with customers and teammates. Solar sales, electrical, roofing, construction, warehouse, scheduling, customer service, and home-improvement backgrounds can all transfer well here.
Our crews work on residential solar arrays, battery backup systems, EV charger circuits, solar-ready electrical upgrades, and roof-related detach-and-reset projects across Central Oklahoma and the Tulsa area. If you care about doing the work correctly and explaining it clearly, there may be a path for you.
